In the new Listen360, feedback notifications are tied to reports. Any user subscribed to a report will receive survey notifications for all surveys that match that report’s settings. For example, if a user is subscribed to a “Florida” report, they will receive survey notifications for all surveys to which the region/state filter "Florida" applies.
By default, users receive the “All Customers” report, which has no filters. This means that all new users will receive all survey notifications unless otherwise configured.
Default Feedback Subscriptions
There are 3 standard reports in Listen360:

*For clients who migrated from the legacy Listen360, your users have been subscribed to all 3 reports by default.
Managing Feedback Subscriptions
All users can manage their own subscriptions. Owners & Admins can manage other users' subscriptions.
There are 2 ways to manage subscriptions:
- Within the hierarchy
- Within the user's account
Managing Subscriptions in Hierarchy
- Log in to the level of the hierarchy where the user you want to update is located
- Navigate to Surveys > Subscriptions
- Locate the user, then update their subscription(s) by checking or unchecking the boxes under the reports
Managing Subscriptions in the User's Account
- Log in to the level of the hierarchy where the user you want to update is located
- Navigate to Surveys > Subscriptions
- Locate the user
- Click on their name to bring up their profile
- Scroll down until you see all of the divisions and locations they have access to
- Update their subscriptions
