How do I configure a Dining Dough incentive?

This article assumes that your user profile has sufficient permissions to complete these steps.

1. Log in to Listen360
2. If you have multiple locations, use the organization picker in the upper left corner to select one.
3. Go to Settings
4. Go to Feedback and Referrals
5. Scroll down to the Rewarding responses section
6. Click Choose an incentive to increase response rates to add a new incentive or Choose a different incentive if you already have one configured
   
   
7. Select either the $10 or $25 dining dough incentive
8. Click the Save and Apply Changes button at the bottom of the page

To see how the incentive looks on your survey, go to Settings>Preview Email Feedback Request and click through the survey preview.
