Log in to Listen360
If you have multiple locations, use the organization picker in the upper left corner to select one.
Go to Settings
Go to Your Account
Your Current Balance will display a value if you have any unused funds still available

*Each $25 incentive awarded to a customer for completing a survey will cost $7 and will show up on this page as a deduction of your balance. Each $10 incentive awarded will cost $3.
