The filters on reports have a limit of 30 choices. This is to ensure the stability and usability of the reports.
If your report contains data that includes more than 30 choices, follow the steps below to see all of them:
- Navigate to the Customer Loyalty report (or other report with the Compare feature)
- Click the Compare button below the NPS Over Time panel
- Select your filter of choice
- A list of all choices will be displayed
- Click on individual choices to filter the data
