On the Customers at Risk and Customer Follow-up reports, there is a button labeled Send Message. This article explains the behavior of this feature.
At the franchise level:
After checking the box next to the franchise name, a message template will pop up. Fill out the form fields and click "Send message" to send an in-app message to all Listen360 users at that franchise.
At the reporting dashboard level:
At this level, boxes can be checked next to multiple franchises. The message will be delivered to every user at each franchise.
