Your Listen360 profile page is a great resource for current and potential clients to find reviews, photos, and contact information for your company. 

Features

SIDE BAR: Provide homeowners with a quick introduction using your company description.

MAP: Your map is on priority placement at the top of your page for quick location searching and display of your reviews and photos.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BARS: These are questions asked on your survey that you can choose to showcase! The scores will update in real time with every survey that you get back.

COMMENTS: Reviews are published to your profile automatically, but any additional commentary manually published from your surveys will appear in line on your review card on your profile.

Edit your profile page

To edit your profile, click “Profile” on your account’s sidebar navigation. Here you will be able to make any changes to your company information, including address, company bio, logos, and customer satisfaction bars.
