In older versions of the Listen360 application, Net Promoter Scores were displayed on the dashboard with a "%" symbol. NPS is now no longer displayed in this manner. While the score is still calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters, it is more accurately expressed as an integer on a scale ranging from -100 to 100.
