AI Review Response Generator Safety Guidelines

When responding to a review in Reputation Pro, you may choose to use the AI Generator to help you with the wording. The AI Generator feature makes it easier to respond quickly and effectively. It offers automatic, specific responses to each customer review while taking into account issues raised in the review.

Reputation Pro has fundamental guidelines written into the programming to help produce safe AI responses. However, we recommend that AI responses still be reviewed before publishing to ensure quality. If you see an AI response that is not in line with the review itself or exhibits other issues, please use the Report Response button. Our team reviews these reports to see how we can build upon our current model to improve future responses.
