The Customers tab video is designed to walk the user through the features of the Customers tab. This tab can also be called the Clients tab, Members tab, etc. This video will provide the following information:
- View all customers in a table format
- View all customers in a list format
- Sort customers by; Full Name, First Name, Last Name, Company Name, and by Date.
- Filter Customers
- Date Range - you can select one of the pre-defined date ranges or select your own
- Acquisition - new customers who were referred to you by a current customer
- Referrer - customers who have referred you to their friends and family
- Channel - displays how the customer received their feedback request
- SMS - text message
- Phone - live call
- Inbound or Outbound IVR - automated phone system
- Point of Sale - Web Portal
- Feedback, which can be filtered by:
- With Feedback - Customers who have responded to a Feedback Request
- Without Feedback - Customer who have not responded to a Feedback Request
- With Comments - Customers who have responded to Feedback and left a Comment
- Without Comments - Customers who have responded to Feedback and have not left a Comment
- Follow-up - Filters customers who have been followed up with via the Task Pad
- Loyalty Category - Customer who are a; Promoter, Passive or Detractor
- Loyalty Trend - Net change in Customer Loyalty
- Notations - Customer follow ups via Task Pad action or Private Note
Note: Reporting Filters are determined/selected by the Organization or the Business Contact.
- Reach - Customers who have opted out, who were reached, or not sent due to invalid.bad email
- Retention - Passive or Detractors who have been converted to Promoters
