What Changed
A new AI-powered insights widget is now available on the company dashboard, highlighting at-risk areas that need attention:
- Displays top 5 lowest-performing themes based on AI analysis of survey feedback
- Shows survey counts and trends for each theme
- Includes visual sentiment bars scaled relative to highest mention count
- Expandable to show all company AI themes
How It Works
Where to Find It: Company Dashboard (main screen after login)
Navigation:
- Click "View full report" → Opens All Surveys > At-risk inbox tab
- Click individual theme → Opens All Surveys > At-risk view, filtered to that specific theme
- Expand widget → Shows complete list of all AI themes for the company
The widget automatically analyzes survey responses using AI to identify themes with negative sentiment, sorted by survey volume (most-mentioned issues appear first).
Implementation Guidance
Best for clients who:
- Receive high volumes of survey feedback (20+ surveys/month)
- Have AI tagging enabled on their surveys
- Need proactive alerting for emerging issues
- Have teams monitoring dashboards daily (CSMs, operations managers)
Configuration: No setup required - widget appears automatically once AI tagging is active. Ensure clients have AI insights enabled in their survey templates.
