If your location's business name has changed, here are the things you'll need to do to ensure the change is reflected across your directories. The process varies depending on your subscription. If you're unsure whether or not you have Listings Management, contact support@listen360.com and we can tell you!
Listings Management
- In Reputation Pro, go to Locations>Locations
- Search for the location receiving the name change and click on it in the list
- Update the Business Name field and any other fields with data that are affected by the change (i.e. website)
- Click the Save button when finished
- With Listings Management, your changes will automatically propagate to your directories
- Facebook pages are an exception. Changes to your location's hours, website, and address are automatically applied to Facebook but not the business name. One option is to create a new Facebook page with the proper name and branding and disable the old one. Otherwise, submit a request to support@listen360.com for help manually updating the name via Facebook settings.
Without Listings Management
- If you do not have Listings Management, you must make name and branding changes manually outside Reputation Pro on each directory's website or app.
