If you have published a response to a review in Reputation Pro in error, there are two options to correct it.
If you intended to respond to the review but published the wrong response, you can write a new response in the dashboard just as before and publish it. This will overwrite the previous response.
Otherwise, you must leave Reputation Pro and log in to the provider directly to remove your public response.
