First, invite the user to the Listen360 Feedback platform by following these steps. Once your user has been created (or if they already exist), email support@listen360.com and request that the user be given access to Reputation Pro. Next, our team will grant the user access to Reputation Pro so that access to all products and services remains tied to the same user account, preventing users from needing to use multiple sets of credentials.
