Auto-completion is an optional feature you can enable on any survey template within the survey customization settings. This feature allows any partially completed survey to register as a completed survey on your account’s inbox.
Configuring auto-complete
There are 3 different auto-complete settings
- Auto-complete surveys when expiring
- Auto-complete surveys after last attempt
- Auto-complete surveys 24 hours after receiving response (default)
Viewing auto-complete surveys
Within your surveys inbox you’ll be able to identify whether a completion is the result of Auto-completion or not, by viewing the survey detail and completion filter.

Within the inbox, viewing status Completed, At risk or All, you will have a filter in your right hand filter column for Process. Using Process > Auto-completed you can show only surveys that were auto-completed.
