The Listen360 team is excited to announce a new set of releases beginning in January 2021. These releases will provide an all new reporting experience and enhanced insights for the user. This post is just a sneak peak with more details to come very soon!
1. Surface Important Metrics
As we redesigned the Listen360 reports, we aimed to surface the most important metrics using carefully chosen charts and graphics to visually indicate performance. In the example below, we are looking at the NPS score for a particular region. In this case, we can see that the NPS score of 71 is quite high on the -100 to 100 scale. We can also see how that score compares to the brand average of 55. This score puts this region into the 'Above Average' category and this region should be proud of their great NPS score.
2. Greater Insights: Trending & Benchmarking
Being able to capture an NPS score for your location or brand is great but what happens when you can see that same score trending over time? The data starts to paint a picture and you gain insight into what is happening at a single glance. In the chart below, we can see how a location's NPS score is trending over time. In addition, we can also see how that trend compares to the brand average. Green, gray, and red bars provide a breakdown of your promoters, passives, and detractors.
In the second example below, we can see a VOC breakdown by theme and over time. Red circles indicate a negative response and green circles indicate a positive response. The size of the circle indicates how many responses were received. Viewing VOC in this way draws your attention to big red circles as possible areas of concern. Larger green circles will point out the areas where you are doing well. Track this over time to understand if your improvement programs are having the desired effect.
3. Mobile Friendly
All the new Listen360 reports have been designed to be mobile friendly so that you can take your data with you wherever you go. Whether you are on your tablet or phone, you can always take a look to see the latest trends within your business.
4. Better Filter System
With the new filter system, you maintain all the filters and custom attributes that you currently have. Once you are done making your selections, the choices get out of your way so that you can focus on the results. The new design also works great on tablets and phones.
5. Better PDF Exports
The PDF Exports have been updated to match the content, style, and layout of the reports. Instead of exports with very basic formatting, the new PDF exports will be ready to download and include in reports and presentations as-is.
Additional Sneak Peaks
Below are some additional screenshots to illustrate some of the new reporting that is coming soon.
