Promoters and Passives:
Promoters and Passives can be given an opportunity to post a Review during the Survey process. If a promoter doesn’t leave a public review after they submit feedback, they will have another chance to do so within one day as opposed to several days. Tightening this window increases the likelihood of a positive review.
Detractors will not be given an opportunity to post a Review during the Survey process. Instead, a Reviews invite will be sent 10 days after they complete their survey. This will allow you and/or your employees an opportunity to follow up with the Detractors to potentially resolve the unhappy customers' issue.
