With the launch of the recent Product Upgrade: Flexible Reviews Gating, the field previously called Promoter Invitations has been split out into two settings to help simplify setup and configuration of Reviews Invites.
The Invites Template is a new setting that allows you to configure the email invitation to more closely fit the new audiences available for receiving Reviews Invites.
There are now 3 available Templates.
- Promoters
- Passives
- Detractors
