This article explains the following error:
This error is received because the system does not recognize the email address entered.
1. Verify that the email address has been entered correctly
Note: If you have verified the spelling is correct, reach out to your System Administrator, this could be a User with the Role of Owner or Brand/Corporate Contact.
2. Request another invite be sent to you (the email address could have been entered incorrectly)
3. If the above two steps do not resolve the issue please contact Listen360 Support: email@example.com
