Issue: Error received when attempting to reset a user's password
Cause: Email Address entered does not exist in the database
1. Verify that the email address has been entered correctly
Note: If you have verified the spelling is correct, reach out to your System Administrator, this could be a User with the Role of Owner or Brand/Corporate Contact.
2. Request another invite be sent to you (the email address could have been entered incorrectly)
