Developers are able to write a script that is run by the Server. This script can grab completed requests from the Listen360 system, which would then be stored in your system and then display on your website. This allows for more autonomy over the markup and SEO and in how to display feedback matching your own criteria.
In choosing to go this route, we recommend looking at Google's recommendations for reviews snippets to make sure your stars show up correctly. If you don't already have it, that document is available here: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/data-types/reviews#review-snippets
For making calls to the Listen360 API to get your completed feedback requests across all locations, see our documentation here: http://developers.listen360.com/rest-api-reviews.html
Each review comes back with meta-data such as the customer's name, recommendation likelihood (0-10 scale), comments, the name of the location where feedback was solicited, the date the feedback was completed, etc.
