If you are experiencing an issue where the By Email button does nothing after selecting it, this is typically due to security settings now allowing the applications to communicate. Disabling User Account Control (UAC) settings can help determine if this is the cause.

Workaround:
You can also run the applications (email client and browser) as administrator.
- To run an application as administrator, location the icon for the application(s), right-click and select run as... or run as admin
- Verify that you are now able to select the By Email or that the applications can now communicate with each other.
