Step 1: Locate the customer using either the search bar or the customer tab
Step 2: Once you have located the customer and clicked on their name, locate the ‘Edit’ button on the customer page
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the edit page locate the Status section and change the status to ‘Disabled’. Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
This customer is disabled and will not be asked for feedback.
