How does Listen360 comply to the CAN-SPAM Act?

1. All email originating from Listen360 is clearly marked as from the business who initiated the message.
2. All email clearly indicates the intent of the message sent within the subject line such as  "<Business Name> Feedback Request".
3. The full address of the business initiating each message is included within the footer of the email.
4. The ability to "opt-out" of future email is provided on all correspondence.
5. All email opt-outs go into effect immediately within our system using a double-redundant method both within our application and email system.
