- All email originating from Listen360 is clearly marked as from the business who initiated the message.
- All email clearly indicates the intent of the message sent within the subject line such as "<Business Name> Feedback Request".
- The full address of the business initiating each message is included within the footer of the email.
- The ability to "opt-out" of future email is provided on all correspondance.
- All email opt-outs go into effect immediately within our system using a double-redundant method both within our application and email system.
