How to remove feedback from your posted reviews
If you find that you have received feedback that you do not want prospective customers to see you can have it removed.
1. Locate where you have the feedback posted on your website or Facebook fan page.
2. Locate the Feedback you would like removed
Note: If you are having trouble locating the Feedback you can add the following at the end of your Organizations URL /reviews/public For example: https://app.listen360.com/organizations/<organizationumber>/reviews/public
3. Select Report a concern
4. Enter Your name, Your email address, then Your Concern.
Note: Your Concern should state why you would like the feedback hidden. This request is submitted to Listen360 and removed from the posted feedback.
Note: The feedback is only removed for the posting. It will still appear in your feedback in Listen360. To have feedback deleted entirely from Listen360, you must contact your corporate office to make the request on your behalf.
