This article will explain two ways to edit the information in an organization.
Note: Access to this feature is restricted to users who have the Role of Owner.
The following fields can be updated:
- Name used by guests, if different from above (external name)
- Phone number
- Street address
- State or Region
- Zip or postal code
- Company Logo
- Listen360 participation
To access the editing of the above information:
- If at a Rollup Dashboard, you can select Choose Franchise, then select the Edit option located below your specific organization.
- Select Save Changes to ensure the changes are applied
