This article will explain two ways to edit the information in an organization.
Note: Access to this feature is restricted to users who have the Role of Owner.
The following fields can be updated:
- Name used by guests, if different from above (external name)
- Phone number
- Street address
- State or Region
- Zip or postal code
- Company Logo
- Listen360 participation
To access the editing of the above information:
1. Log into Listen360 (https://app.listen360.com)
If at a Rollup Dashboard, you can select Choose Franchise, then select the Edit option located below your specific organization.
2. Make the necessary changes
3. Select Save Changes to ensure the changes are applied
4. Verify that the changes were saved.
