Note: Disabling a customer will result in the customer no longer receiving survey requests for feedback. If a customer decides they would like to receive surveys again they can be re-activated.
How to disable a customer:
1. Log into Listen360, then select Customers*
2. Locate and select the Customer
3. Select Edit**
4. Change Status to Disabled
5. Select Save Changes
6. Verify that the Customer is now disabled
