Note: Disabling a customer will result in the customer no longer receiving survey requests for feedback. If a customer decides they would like to receive surveys again they can be re-activated.
How to disable a customer:
Log into Listen360
If you have access to more than one location, use the organization picker in the upper left corner to select the location.
Select Customers. (This may be have a customized name - Members, Clients, Agents, etc. It's the option between Home and Prospects.)
Locate and select the customer
Select Edit (If you do not see an Edit button, you do not have access to manually disable customers.)
Change Status to Disabled
Select Save Changes
